EUGENE AIKIKAI DOJO
Classes in Aikido and Iaido are offered in a spacious and safe environment. The mat is specially constructed of a wood-sprung base with a tatami mat base and a canvas cover. Construction of the mat allows for safe falling and impact for students.
Changing Rooms
Eugene Aikikai has two communal changing rooms available as well as a private gender neutral restroom. It is our policy that students can use the changing room that aligns with their gender identity. We are currently working on adding an additional single-stall changing area for students who are more comfortable having a private space to change in. Students may also arrive in their practice uniform if that is most comfortable. If you have questions or concerns about our changing room policy, please speak privately with Thoms Sensei.
